伊能静之志云饭局看完。偶的若干疑问是：
1.为什么女人有个独立人格就这么困难？
2.为什么爱女人不关心她的独立人格叫痴爱，爱男人不热爱他的独立人格就是无知？
3.为什么大度的男人可以一言不发、演唱会大卖；而女人就要担负“叙述”的责任，为自己拿走了自己而抱歉，为自己不会再拿走任何东西保证？
4.难不成某著名三八红旗手说得对：封建残余最强大，后现代了大半天，世界才没进步多少呢。。。
5.难不成真正进步的是偶的粤语听力？

政治煽动家

不是我的“时事评论”，是阿多诺的政治判断("Freudian Theory and the Pattern of Fascist Propaganda")。

上周四，P州长（今天才知道，P州长是我州第一个黑人州长）决定在议会推行允许同性恋结婚的法案。P州长，对于纽约州在同性恋婚权问题上之后知后觉，尤其对于麻州、爱荷华州和佛蒙特州已率先合法化同性恋婚权而领先于纽约州，黯然神伤痛心疾首。所谓是可忍孰不可忍。遂拍案而起。不管我州欠国会多少钱，不管领救济金人数如何已然是200年来最高，不管自己的连任希望、政治生命如何悲观渺茫，更不管众天主教教父如何不齿愤懑，说推法案就是要推法案。此言一出，舆论哗然，纽约时报算客气的，NPR广播台一大清早就请大家打电话进去讨论P州长是不是政治自杀。

其实P州长能当多久的第一个纽约州黑人州长，无关紧要。真正召唤阿多诺洞见的是：政治煽动家的修辞——重申族群对立（且通常是为一个弱势族群谋福利）、以反歧视之名行歧视之道、建构自己与群众在一起然则有能力带领群众的超人的平凡与伟大。不幸的是，P州长样样都沾上了，且在这个被当作上上世纪30年代的时代里。为同性恋争取婚权的人们，有没有问过同性恋们反对婚姻、拒绝婚姻的可能？虽然拒绝的权利，逻辑上只能在接受的权利产生后，才有效力；可是自以为是的代表所有同性恋的狂想，与其说是为所有同性恋争取大家都需要的福利，不如说是假想一个毫无异议地渴望婚姻的同性恋集体，好郑重重申我们的世界有“如此异类”。革命导师逻辑，显然不通；政治煽动家姿态，昭然若揭。P先生（根据纽约时报报道）在新闻发布会上动情地说：我们都尝过歧视的苦楚和仇恨的滋味。所以我们今天才要站在这里，打败人间一切歧视。P州长一面把自己当作歧视的一般受害者，和所有人一样；一面又强大而全能地代表所有受害人，反对一切伤害。他显然没有念过或者装作没有念过卢卡奇说的"物化"（reificiation）。可是不应该的是，新一代的政治煽动家怎么可以不知己知彼，至少做一点点功课，看看上上世纪对于他们这个“种群”的批判？煽动政治之堕落，唯一可能的好处是：被煽动的政治主体洞悉煽动逻辑，门槛降低。

同一天，奥总统决定公开中情局虐待犯人和战俘的备忘录。这到底是对于政治同谋关系的勇敢面对，或是对工具理性的伟大反叛，抑或是对人权公义的真诚信仰，还是对前朝的煽动性清算？我们不是阿多诺，我们真的不知道，我们只能看下去。
